# Mass General Brigham Health Plan ranks in the top two among commercial member health plans in Massachusetts by JD Power

October 6, 2026 (SOMERVILLE, MA) – Mass General Brigham Health Plan ranked second among commercial member health plans in Massachusetts and received top scores in key member satisfaction categories in the 2026 U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Study by JD Power, a global leader in consumer insights. This makes Mass General Brigham Health Plan one of the leading health plans in commercial member satisfaction in Massachusetts.

The JD Power 2026 U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Study measures satisfaction of members with their health plans nationwide, based on performance in eight core dimensions. Mass General Brigham Health Plan earned the No. 1 ranking in five out of the eight dimensions, including:

- People – Evaluates member interactions with health plan employees and the role those interactions play in overall satisfaction.
- Resolving problems or complaints – Measures how effectively plans address member concerns and support issue resolution.
- Easy to do business with – Reflects member feedback on administrative experience and the ability to navigate health plan services.
- Digital channels – Assesses members’ experiences using online tools and digital resources to manage their health plan.
- Helping to save me time or money – Gauges members’ perceptions of plan value, efficiency, and support navigating healthcare costs.
