# Mass General Brigham Health Plan sponsors the 2026 Yoga in the Park series

Mass General Brigham Health Plan is proud to sponsor the “Yoga in the Park” series in Somerville’s Assembly Row neighborhood. This free workout series will be available from May through September 2026 and is designed to promote health and wellness through mindful movement. 

Practicing yoga offers many [health and relaxation benefits](https://blog.massgeneralbrighamhealthplan.org/ldid-you-know-that-yoga-can-boost-your-immune-system-and-increase-productivity) through breathwork, meditation, and bodily postures. The Yoga in the Park classes will be facilitated by [YogaSix](https://www.yogasix.com/location/assembly-row), a boutique yoga fitness studio that offers inclusive, energetic, full-sensory workouts are designed to provide the mind-body experience of yoga.

As part of our support for Yoga in the Park, Mass General Brigham Health Plan is also offering a hydration station featuring a water fountain and bottle refill spot.

The classes are free, open to the public, and welcome all levels of fitness. Participants are encouraged to please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to each class. Visit the [Assembly Row website](https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/yoga-in-the-park-4324953) for additional details on how to participate.
