Mass General Brigham Health Plan is proud to once again sponsor “Seaport Sweat,” Boston’s biggest free workout series, running from May through September. This annual series offers access to a variety of new fitness classes and instructors on Seaport Common.

“Staying active shouldn’t feel out of reach. That’s why Mass General Brigham Health Plan is proud to partner with the Seaport for the second year in a row to bring wellness directly into the heart of the city. Through our sponsorship of the Seaport Sweat series, we’re supporting free, accessible fitness experiences that make movement fun, social, and part of everyday life for our community,” said Stanley Hochberg, MD, Chief Medical Officer, Mass General Brigham Health Plan.

As part of our support for Seaport Sweat, Mass General Brigham Health Plan is also offering a hydration station featuring a water fountain, bottle refill spot, and even a dog bowl for thirsty pups.
